How to Use ACLB Forms

  1. All ACLB's forms are in Adobe Acrobatformat.
  2. To read and print them, you need Adobe Acrobat on your computer.
  3. If you do not have Acrobat on your computer, files will not open.
  4. If you cannot open a file on your computer you need to get and install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  5. To get Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here Get Adobe Acrobat Reader
  6. Now the file is on your computer.
  7. Go into the appropriate directory and double-click on the file.
  8. After installation, you will be able to read and print the forms.
